A problem as small as Firebase Authorization is troubling my big project. Can anyone help me out?

Here is the AIA. The problem is that I cannot receive the OTP, and I don’t know what the reason is.
(I have removed the AIA because the project is not yet complete.)

Also, can you tell me why the app just keeps asking for the SMS permission? I added that feature earlier but then disabled it later. But it still keeps on asking for SMS permission.

Firebase detect otp automatically that’s why
