no… if no permission is needed for the app to run then you do not need any permissions…
and don’t be worried, if Google Play rejects your app… you always have the possibility to fix the things they find…
it is the other way around… if you add permissions and you do not use them, then Google will ask you why you are using these permissions and reject your app…

my all activty from my application.
give me right solution from google play console approved.
1- SMS activity - from web component.
2- Call activity - android.intent.action.VIEW - from activity starter.
3- Map activity - android.intent.action.VIEW - from activity starter.
4- Image pick activity
5- Download activity. - from download component.
i checked it. and i found that
application is ask only it permission
Allow to access photos,
media and files on your device ?
