Add A Loading Screen when Switching Tabs Of Webview Application

Hello Team,
I am Building a Web-view app. I have added Bottom navigation bar with 4 different links from my website but when i click on tabs it take time to load showing white background,I want to replace that White background with Any image or loading GIF If possible.
I have already set background image for the screen but that doesn’t change anything for me.
Please tell If there any way to do this.

Yes you can use notifier component to show progress, and dismiss it once page is loaded
