Add a word before registering!

how can i make a constant word be written when registering …
when registering to googsheat , there’s the colums :date,number ,i want the word NUMBER ,be written always, customer will inpurt ex. 1 .
number (1)
number (2)

use join block and enter Number in a string field and attach

i meant rather than writing the word Number everytime by the user ,the word will be attached along with (1)
… i’m not sure if it’s quite clear to u ,
i want the user to fill in the figure ex. (1) rather than writing the word Number before ,
and in the googlesheat it will show , Number 1

first box for date
second for fill in a number
