Admob interstitial ads are not showing in my application

Admob banner ads work fine, but Interstitial ads don’t. Is there any solution to this problem?

Is your app approved to show ads if it isn’t on PlayStore?

Then you should use Ad failed to load and Ad failed to show blocks with notifier to check what error message shows.

You load the ad when the screen opens, which is perfectly fine. Now, assume your ad fails to load (can be due to several factors, “lack of ad inventory” being a common one). You retry loading the ad, but it fails again (due to the same reason the previous load failed). Basically, load ad calls ad failed to load, which calls load ad again.
