I have a short question and found nothing similar in community.
I saw that this block is true by default.
Is it guaranteed, that admob starts collecting personal data from European users, only if the user allowed this by the consent message?
I’m asking, because my app starts loading ads not directly at start of my app, so the consent message appears only after some time (e.g. after 30 minutes, when the user want to watch the first rewarded video). I only want to be sure, that there are no personal data collected in the meanwhile, even if the block above is true by default
