Any Way to Extract Text From Image?

My brothers, is there an extension OCR that works on the latest version, so I can extract text from the image, or any other method?

Hi dear, as Ibrahim explained, a search on the forum would have answered your questions

You would find that most OCR solutions rely on APIs, which means you pay based on usage.
Some offer free quotas, others don’t, some have dedicated extensions free/paid, while others can be easily integrated using the Web component.

There’s also a very interesting guide by Tim that uses Google Docs.

Also try checking Taifun’s library

You have plenty of options, it’s up to you to decide how to proceed.

I search about Asset ID in table like this images every time , i want extract This Codes only , and i use this form only also .

Don’t you have a way to communicate directly with the database or whatever it is without using OCR? There are some cells with truncated text, so you wouldn’t get the full content of the cell this way

To clarify, every day I receive this image, which contains several codes for different regions. I have a database that I’ve activated and it’s working now with search functionality. The idea behind OCR is that I upload the image, and when it extracts the required codes, I perform a re-examination or filtering process, then retrieve these codes and categorize them according to each region. I implemented this method on a Telegram bot using the n8n platform. However, I want to build an application with many other features, including OCR.
The filter based on the codes is fixed; it’s always four numbers plus one or two letters, like HR1302, R9302 From Asset ID Column . This is how these sites will be compared in terms of data leaders. The task is easy, but now I want to extract the data, and I will store it in a list and clean it myself.

How Can i get this Aia file , or Aix extention ?

Thank you, I’ve tried several of them but they’re probably older versions and I’m having problems with them in Kodular.

it is still in developing…

This image was sent to me by a network monitor from the company; it’s a screenshot and is being distributed to all offices. I just want to save time.

If you have the Office suite with Power Automate, you can automate the process and use the built-in OCR
