App ID, Application Key, Publisher ID, and release ID?

The code needed for an Amazon interstitial ad is the application key. The code needed for an Amazon banner is the Publisher ID.

On the website, I create a new mobile ad and i get an App ID and a Release ID.

Which do I use for each?
