App Update Downloaded But Not Installed Why?
Anything Wrong In Code & Blocks? And Also No Error Is Showing.

One issue might be:

In Activity Class it should be - com.android.packageinstaller.PackageInstallerActivity

Notice the captial I in PackageInstallerActivity.

Now Showing error 601 is not corresponding Activity was found

After experimenting this worked for me:

then what about Activity Class,Activity Package? its not required ? and aslo its showing there was a problem while parsing the package
