Good afternoon, I have implemented in my app the function that checks if there are new updates on the play store when the app is started. but it does not work. how can I do?

I think I explained what I’m doing well…
I inserted the function in my app to notify new updates on the play store, but it doesn’t work, when I publish new updates the app doesn’t notify me.

What about providing a screenshot of your relevant blocks instead of repeating what you already said?
