When i’m Updating my application in playconsole ,i face this problem?

Your app needs New Permission on this latest version. That’s all it means. And, your API level has been changed to 19.
i know api level is change 19+,but i dont know how to put permission in my app.

It gets added automatically based on your used components… And extensions… 
You can use blocks to put permission.
I think in kodular eagle we have to do it manually for now
bcoz I export like 30 apps to check this and in none of the app it ask for permission
in previous version it ask for storage permission for the same app

there is a block on Screen1 in block section
you can use it for asking any type of permission
