Before app starts for some seconds black dots appear on screen

Hi everyone,
I have one issue:
Before my app starts for some seconds black dots appear on the screen. And that does not look professional, is there a way to hide these unwanted dots, I think this issue appear when assets are loading.

unfortunately, It is like when someone goes to the doctor and tries to show illness but it does show, I was prepared to take the screenshot but it never appeared again.
