Is there any roadmap for upgrading Google Play Billing Library from 7.1.1 to Billing Library 8 or newer before Google’s deadline??

As you correctly pointed out, the native component is currently at version 7.1.1, as shown in the table at this link.
On the Android Developer docs, the deadline is set for August 31, 2026 with an extension until November 1, 2026

The only option is to inform @Diego, who lately has been pushing out a lot of updates (thank you very much), and I’m pretty sure this will be the next one or in any case it will be done before the deadline.
If you want to update at all costs right now, there are several extensions already updated to at least version 8.
