Which accent color do you use in your app ?
Have you tried to use a other dialog theme?

I’m not sure why you have this problem, as you said it is working on other phones.

Which android version? device?

BTW:
All these informations must be in the first post that we really can know what you have tried.

its showing in samsung mobile android version 5.1
and its not showing in Redmi Note 4 Android Version 7.0
i used other dialog not theme. i will try and i will edit this reply again.
