Currently Google is starting to minimize over Call Log and SMS Permissions as they’re “dangerous”. Emailing alternatives to many people requiring this Permission in their application. Current possibilities for Extension Developers (including me) should start taking a look into what our Extensions actually require of all Permissions. I understand Kodular Creator and other Builders might have the SMS component which requires this heavily.
For now I recommend if you get this Email to Unpublish your application temporarily from the Google Play Store while many figure this issue out. Having Extension Developers remove unnecessary Permissions from which are not needed, can eliminate you getting this Email along with the Components you may use.
Off-topic: I’m trying to figure out the problem with the “OPEN” button on installed applications seems to be disabled. Providing I figure the issue out, I’ll provide details to Kodular on what I’ve found to be the result.
