Camera image will not load in APK

I my app works great in the Creator. How ever when I export to APK my camera images will not load to canvas background.
I am using the Error 201 workaround.

I have followed a few threads and I believe I have done everything right. Here’s the important blocks.
Anything stand out?

this is an issue with latest version of Kodular and to be solved in upcoming updates

what happens if you try the suggested workaround without rotation etc?

I found that if package is below 10 it would not work. If I change minimal apk to Android 10. Works fine
