I My Application I Placed Video Rewarded Ads
The Ad Was Playing 30 Sec The User Was Irritated With That I Need To Set Only 10 To 15 Sec Of Video Rewarded Ad

The typical length of video ads is 15-30 seconds — you can’t set the duration yourself.

Is There Possibility In Any Other Advertising Platform…?

For now, setting a custom timer is not possible. Though, not all ad networks consumes 15-30 seconds for video ads. You can do some research to find the ideal ad network for you.

not possible yet
but you can use “skip” reward video
