Collin's Tree element click( how to check if the selected item is in a list of stored data)

Hello,
i have a block, in that block i want to check when Collin’s Tree element click to get the element index and then check if that particular element is in the list of data stored in airtable, if it’s in the list i want it to add that element in Collin’s Tree list
here is my blocks
