Comment frame is relocated away from its block

Hi to the community,
It is a useful feature to add a comment in a block, so you can attach some notes.

Nevertheless, I face a problem when reloading a project.
Comments are relocated in places far away from their base blocks (see the attached).

Is there any way to solve this?

Alternatively I use an empty procedure as shown, to add my notes. The disadvantage is that long strings are partially hidden.
