Companion not connecting

I’m trying to connect kodular via usb and direct scanning and companion not connecting and stuck at 20%.

Any suggestion

please help me!

Facing Same problem
tried on both chrome and mozilla not working companion

In chrome it stucks at 20%
In mozilla it doesn’t even reponse
