Create rules in password creation with regex

Guys, good night.
In 2020 I created a post “Rules for registration and access password”. I was presented with a routine to create password creation rules.
Now I did it using Regex.
I created two procedures one to validate the length of the password and another to validate the allowed characters. Of the length is working. Of the allowed characters, only the first if.
Can someone help me?
