Create Spreadsheet table

Hello Users,
I am trying to create table in Airtable spreadsheet but failed, I am trying like this ;
I am 3 textbox component -
When user like on a button then app will create new table in spreadsheet with textbox1 text and table created then create new row.
I am unable to create table in spreadsheet, please help me how can I do this ?
