It will not show when webview is filled with content.

No.You can’t do that even in native component.Give it a try.

On YouTube Website Full Screen Not working

Web View does not supports full screen ( it does not means that I don’t know about onShowCustomView and onHideCustomView)
Even if I try do then it will not be in landscape mode.
