For doing this you need dynamic webview. @vknow360 is working in it. So after that I may help you.

Hi @Xoma
That is the main purpose of BlockNetworkLoads .
It stops user from loading any external resource including urls.
But local files should work fine.

Not directly but indirectly.
I don’t know much about js but maybe it is what you are looking for.
