I think you should put your blocks in Screen1.
You mean I want to make webviewer at screen1 ?
Or if you don’t want to add it on screen 1 use in Screen1 something like this:
If not is empty getStartValue, open your screen you’ve your we view at, the start value parameter is set to getStartValue block

Did you mean I want to copy screen2’s DeepLink block to screen1 ? 
You get the URL the user clicked in the start value block ( in Screen1 I think ) .If you don’t have your web view on screen. You can use open another screen with value, set the start value parameter to get start value block ( which you have the URL stored there)
