Did not recive one signal notification

I have a push notification component in my app and Through the One Signal website, I sent a notification, but it did not receive the notification on my phone so what should I do?

Is the component on Screen1?
Is the OnseSignalID correct?

They are the same and it is in Screen1 and also it is showing sent = 0 in Onesignal website

Whom are you sending the notification? (Active/Subscribed)
