Does Ad-Manager pay for clicks?

Hi,
I have been seeing number of clicks in admanager report but not sure whether revenue is derived from both impressions and clicks. Can Someone through light on this?

Yes offcourse google pays kodular. And kodular pays us.

But I can see only impressions (ecpm) amount being added in the earning and not of clicks.

Well I know We are getting paid for impressions (eCPM). but then what about CPC? and they are mentioning no. of clicks in report. what is it’s significance?

Okay, that means it’s an another drawback of Ad manager.
