Here is my blocks image check it and tell me if any issue in block section I select Optimized from designer area also and set Optimized from blocks

i mean you are just loading ad
use show ad block to show interstial ad
Screen Insilize : Load Ad
When ad Loaded : Show ad

I tested its working on companian.
Recomanded: Check test ad with companian on Optimized make sure you set Optimize as well in designer section.
