I downloaded MT Mangaer from this link:
It’s an apk file. I don’t know how to use it to decompile my apk file. Please help me.

It seem like MIT manager is incompatible with your device
Use other apps like apk editor or apk studio but if you face issues like apk is not readable then tell me ok

Python version 3.9.6
i think you forgot to add the path to the environmental variables
add the path where python is installed and the path to the scripts folder in the environment variables like this
