Error: Can’t add Vietnamese language has mark

Hello community. I’m having a difficult problem I hope someone can help me with.
I am developing an application that adds data to airtable, but when I enter Vietnamese with accents, the data displayed in kodular are question marks, how can I fix this error, please help help from the community.

use encode block for saving, and use decode for retrieve… you can see in within the app only
