export .apk error : downloading path error "http error 500"

hi since yesterday I am not able to download any apk created.

  1. OK : I do export / .apk then
  2. OK : I have all the process of app building “Packaging your app”
  3. OK : I have the download link and the qrcode popup.
  4. KO : I can’t download (from this computer or from a mobile device/phone) : Page not working HTTP 500

Any idea ?

Hi zaurelie,

Are you using regular Chome/Firefox to download?
Anyway error 500 means “Internal server error” like a server side issue.

Could you provide your aia?
