Files are not saved in web viewer if any link containing link to pdf clicked

Please help me with this.
In my app there is a screen1 with web viewer and in that if any link is clicked which contains any file like https://xyz.com/hello.pdf then it does nothing and nothing happens.
I want that it should either be saved in users file manager/downloads or in the app.
