Here is My second Extention which converts UTC time to IST time date format and Millies

UtcToolExtended

Simple blocks are added

right now default output date format is MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss a, later custom date format function will be added

When i was extracts time from http://worldtimeapi.org/api/timezone/Asia/Kolkata i feel more blocks to convert the UTC time to millies or ISt time to millies so i created this tiny extension.
( i hope it will be useful to those who want to convert the UTC time to IST with limited blocks, though it could be achievable by default blocks, i just tried with limited blocks withoit any special permissions or libraries)

Later custom format of output date function will be added soon. If you want to take custom format then use the out out of millies and convert into any format of date.
