Getting a file path from a content URI?

Hi there, I am using PedrozaThumbnail Extension to get thumbnail from video.
I am able to get video from the file path, but not able to make thumbnail using the content URI (for example, content://media/external/file/12345) sth like that.
My question is, how to convert the content URI to the real file path?
