Getting false even list contains item

Even the list contains the item (Sarang-Barcelona) , but gets false

how to fix this ?

How do you set values in global bid name, pls show us . And make sure you have used the same name in the textbox to compare. Because even a single extra space will return false value

Looks like there is a space between the names as well

Else try like this to confirm length of the each item

length of the text-select list item list (get global bid name) index 1

You were right there was an extra space after that name , dont know how that came
