I tested in two Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro with Android 11 and it didn’t work, but in other devices with android 10 it works well!

I do have installed Google Maps and I’m using my Google API Keys
This is the same app but using a Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus with android 8 and it works pretty well!
I am also facing the similar issue.
Me too, and the map is not in the lab. When testing, we must import in abk format after work
I was able to made it work by doing my custom navigation button using Activity Starter
