Hi, I have an educational app in which i want to add a chat system. To reduce the size of the app I am using buddypress chat in webview hosted on my wordpress website. Is it violation of google policy ? There is no ads.
Google doesn’t like WebViews too much. Like if you make an app that only has a WebView and nothing else, there’s no way Google will accept it. I am not too sure about your app
If you own the website and you have control over the website, you are good to go! 
But, don’t use ads on the page/s which can be accessed with in your app.
