Open application after move to the task

put the application in the background, after a period I want it to open on the same screen that is hibernating in the background this because I am making a taxi application, when receiving a call you have to open the screen and show the customer’s request

It is possible,there is a block to set timer to open any activity at a time.you can also use it in background to start activity immediately.
