Help block command a screen display list by button

I have 5 lists, screen 1 will press from the button according to list l, if you press list 1, screen 2 will display list 1, then press back, press list button 2, screen 2 will show list 2 , similar to 3, 4, 5. only displayed on screen 2. please help with the command block.

Better try with dictionary blocks also read the topics given by taifun .

Here i have used 5 simple lists and five buttons… each button will give you concern list on click into screen2
