Bring data from Google Sheets from multiple columns

hi guys i am beginner programmer and i want to make app that brings data from google sheets not for one column but for many columns and i want it brings the data from every row i add by a specific number for each row it brings the information from the neighboring rows and show the data for each row on a specific label and thanks for your help
