hi all, here i wanna ask. how to use refresh swipe up

i am using airtable data

what i am trying to get is

what happening now is that i have to change screen and back to list screen to update it manual

i want is when i update my data in airtable , and i swipe up , the new data is shown in list.

because i am new in making apps, please help me with image of block thanks in forward
