Help Needed: Publish My App on Old Console

Hello everyone,
I have created an app using Kodular, but I am unable to publish it because my Play Console account requires adding 20 testers and waiting for 14 days before publishing. Unfortunately, I cannot wait that long.

I need someone with an old console account to help me publish the app. Once the app goes live, I will transfer the ownership back to my console. If anyone is willing to help, please let me know. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
