Help regarding UTC time

I searched first before creating his topic…But couldn’t find a fruitful solution

I have UTC date and time in the format “YYYY-MM-dd hh:mm:ss” . I want to detect device’s timezone and change this whole date + time data to that timezone data

Can anyone help me getting idea to resolve this?
