Do you know how emails work? 
Start by switching,
in option:
to - write the email where it will be sent.
In the subject option - type the subject of the email
You need to have an valid Email app (stock or Gmail etc) on your phone to send mails. That block just launches the mail app. It can’t directly send a mail.
