I searched the PlayStore for a simple application to have a button on the homepage of my phone that allows me to activate/deactivate the hotspot.
I only found paid apps.
I thought that a very simple app could be made in kodular.
I read that from version 8 of Android it is no longer possible except with “system” apps,
Since there are apps in the PlayStore that do this, there will be some method!!

Hi, All methods to toggle WiFi or HotSpot are deprecated and apps cannot access the settings by the old Api, But apps can still create Local Hotspot to communicate to local Device (Like ShareIt). The function you want can only be done by System Apps
