Hi dear,

WebOS and Android are two different operating systems, so an APK cannot be installed.

Yes, you can create an IPK app for LG webOS. LG Smart TVs use LG webOS and apps are built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. After development, the app is packaged into an IPK file and installed on the TV.
Just note that apps from other platforms like Android cannot be directly converted. You need to build it specifically for webOS.
