How can I enable/disable HTML formatting in code?

Hello.

I want that whenever I click a checkbox I´ll enable/disable html formatting. I don´t know if its possible or not, but I would like to know.

Something like this but instead of enabling clicks, it´ll enable html format.

I´ve already research about this but still haven´t found the answer. If there is, please send me a link to it.

Even if you could do it, any html tags in the label would then display as text. It might be better to create a procedure that removed anything between (and including) <...>
