Why Appy Builder Closed?

Hello Everyone! I have a problem while accesing the appybuilder. (AppyBuilder) When I click the build app button I see this page: [Screenshot] I wanted to create an extension for kodular - the easiest way is the appybuilder. But it is not working. Help!
