How much MB will be fine for online MySql database in one app?

Many web hosting are giving 30 MB Mysql Database for free, is it sufficient?

It means how much data you will store in your database.
Well AFAIK 30MB can easily store 5k rows with 10 columns or users data and it depends on how much column you need for each row.

And I will recommend you to use 000webhost.com because it gives 300 MB disk usage and 3 GB bandwidth
