How my user uploaded Image/other file link automatically store on Google Spreadsheet list

When any of user upload her image and other file> it store Hosting website like(Google Drive, Cloudinary) etc. > when upload complete> get download link> and store it google spreadsheet list automatically> For other user can be View/ Download it
